I was in Tucson, visiting for business, and wanted to spent my weekend cycling.

Bike was great, and in perfect condition. Did a 65 mile ride on the Tucson loop on Saturday, and climbed Mount Lemmon on Sunday.

Bike was delivered with a pump, and the necessary material in case running flat.

Very timeline delivery and pickup, and great communication.

Would without doubt work with her again!

A nicely conditioned Cannondale was delivered directly to our place while visiting Tucson. We are from SC. Everything from ordering the rental, having them pick it up was first class. Bottle holders and an equipped tool kit was included. We rode the Pedal the Petrified.

Bikes were delivered on time as promised and in perfect condition. We did a loop ride one day and Mt Lemmon highway the next, and the bikes were ideal. Return was equally easy. Thanks again!

It would be remiss of me not to express my appreciation for the service that your business extends to its customers. I am sooooo happy how my bike-ation turned out and a big part of that is not just the bike but how you take care of your customer. Prompt and professional. Very easy communication. Stress-free. It allayed my fears of not being able to see or go to a physical store. The bike was a Cannondale Synapse and I own two Cannondale road bikes (I have the Supersix Evos and perhaps I should add a Synapse to my stable.) and I have ridden and trusted only this brand because of its high quality and proven performance. So, when I saw on their website that they had Cannondale Synapse, I didn’t look any further. The first time I rode it, it was the perfect fit. I’ll be going home with a big smile on my face. I look forward to riding the El Tour de Tucson one day and now I know where to rent a road bike. Thank you Tucson Bicycle Rental!

I am a totally satisfied customer of Tucson Bicycle Rental ever since I had a difficult experience hauling my bike on an airline for the Tour de Tucson, which I’ve been doing for a bunch of years now. The airline thing was basically a big pain, even with a hassle-free flight/bike pick-up (which is a crap shoot to begin with), I still had to lug the bike & case around, find taxis that the case fit in, repack, and hope for the best, again, on the way home. Not fun. Then I checked out bike rentals, had the good fortune to find Tucson Bicycle rentals, and wow, what a difference. They deliver a very nice bike to wherever you want, lots of sizes available — plus they spend all the time that’s needed upon delivery to make sure the fit is perfect. After the event or your rides, they pick up the bike, at your total convenience, wherever and [almost] whenever you want. (Bonus: the rental cost less than the ridiculous price the airline was charging!) Coming from out of town for cycling events, or just to ride, there is always lots of things to manage, flights, hotels, event stuff, routes, packing… Knowing that you will get a very good bike, in good condition, that fits perfectly, what a relief. For me, it makes the annual Tour de Tucson an additional pleasure. They are great!~

We rented two road bikes for a week in March to ride the Tuscon loop and other near destinations. The bikes were in great condition Cannondales and performed flawlessly. The team at Tucson Bicycle Rental dropped the bikes off at our BNB, set them up, and picked them up on time as promised. We were very happy they came with repair kits for flats and minor adjustments. We would definitely use Tucson BR again for our next trip to the area.

This shop was recommended to me by someone, and I am glad I used Tucson Bicycle Rentals. They answered all my questions before my trip, and were very responsive. They brought my bike and picked it up from my AirBnb, put my pedals on and even the holder for my GPS unit. Highly recommend and will be using them for any future trips.
